Because our industry is evolving at such a rapid pace, with new products introduced and oversight of the HECM program by HUD increasing, the NRMLA Western Regional Meeting will have special focus on compliance, risk management, best practices and fraud prevention issues.
Staff from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Denver Homeownership Center will be participating throughout this program. The NRMLA Western Regional Meeting will conclude with a Town Hall Meeting giving attendees an opportunity to ask important questions to key HUD personnel who have direct supervision of the HECM program.
Along with the NRMLA-sponsored sessions, Day 2 of the NRMLA Western Regional Meeting will feature programming co-produced by the National Aging in Place Council. These programs will feature important aging topics such as;
• Models to assist communities create Age in Place programs
• Medicare and Medicaid changes coming in 2008
• Cutting edge assistive technology
Conference Registration & Fees: All registration fees are per person.
